You send a sample of the new part to be duplicated. Our specialists analyze the silent block, design engineers create a 3D model, draw up blueprints, and manufacture production molds. Our production team then selects suitable materials, performs lathe work, handles polyurethane casting, and delivers the finished component. Once all parameters are approved, mass production can be arranged.
You send in a joint, control arm, or complete assembly. Our specialists disassemble it and manufacture a replaceable polyurethane silent block following the same principles outlined above.
Our manager sources the required original part abroad and orders it. Based on this sample, our specialists engineer a polyurethane equivalent and manufacture the required quantity. Thanks to our global network of partners, we speed up sourcing while minimizing logistics costs for you.
If a sample can be found domestically at auto salvage yards in Ukraine, we source it through local partners, following the same manufacturing steps thereafter.

PolyPro operates a dedicated Quality Control (QC) department. When a sample part or assembly is received, our specialists evaluate the mounting seat after pressing out or disassembling the unit. The component is sectioned to study its internal structure, which is then integrated into 3D modeling. After manufacturing molds and mandrels, trial castings are performed.

For every such custom part, Quality Control verifies all dimensions and parameters against customer requirements. If necessary, quality inspectors make precise adjustments, repeating the development cycle until perfection is achieved. Once the prototype meets all specified criteria, full-scale production can begin.
