Warranty

Ukrainian manufacturer PolyPro has developed its own product quality control system, so you can be confident in the reliability of our products. Every polyurethane spare part from the company's catalog comes with a warranty card bearing the manufacturer's wet stamp. The warranty lasts for 1 year and does not depend on the vehicle's mileage. Written Warranty on Polyurethane Parts from PolyPro

We manufacture polyurethane suspension products for all car makes using high-quality raw materials — three-component cast polyurethane. Turning and sandblasting works are carried out by qualified specialists on modern equipment. The Quality Control Department (OKT) conducts internal control of finished products. All these aspects allow us, as a manufacturer, to provide a written one-year warranty on every unit from the catalog.
Here are the steps that ensure a reliable bond between the outer sleeve, the polyurethane part, and the metal bushing, allowing us to put our signature and stamp on the warranty card:
  • turning the metal part with a burr-free surface on state-of-the-art machines;
  • turning the metal part with a burr-free surface on state-of-the-art machines;
  • sandblasting treatment;
  • coating the metal with a special primer for a reliable bond with polyurethane.
Therefore, PolyPro parts can withstand high loads. The polyurethane itself is more likely to tear than its bonding point with the metal. But if, by any chance, such a mishap occurs with a correctly installed spare part within a year from the date of purchase, we will replace the part with a new one without question. In this case, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly. All necessary information is available on the warranty card attached to each of our polyurethane products.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers replacing a defective part with a new one. Refunds for installed or defective parts are not possible. In cases where the customer's bracket was restored or when the customer purchased a bracket along with the service, the warranty covers re-restoring the customer's bracket.

When Is the Warranty Void?

If you ordered a custom spare part — whether its hardness differs, it is a different color, or has any other individual parameters — the one-year warranty does not apply to such items.
The warranty is not provided for parts of a different color; it applies exclusively to parts in our signature orange color.
The warranty is not provided for categories such as agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, and custom-made items. Only the passenger car category is covered under the warranty.
The warranty is not provided for products that have a hardness different from standard parts. This includes the HARDNESS product line or items made to order with altered material hardness.
Nevertheless, custom-made products also undergo internal quality control and are crafted to last as long as possible.
If a part was not installed according to the VIN code — meaning a different OEM part should be installed on your car — the warranty will not apply even if the part looks similar or fits like the original. While the part may physically fit, its design specifications may differ.
Vibration warranty is not provided for engine mounts.
If the parts show characteristic signs of damage caused by installation with a hammer or welding.
The warranty is valid exclusively within the territory of Ukraine.

Exchange and return of all polyurethane spare parts are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On Protection of Consumer Rights.

What Is Required for a Warranty Replacement?

To replace a part within the unexpired warranty period, you must send the warranty card and the defective part to the factory. Our specialists will conduct an inspection, verify the batch of the actual part against documentation, and upon confirmation, send a replacement or carry out its re-restoration.

There are cases where the manufacturer may accommodate the customer and issue a warranty replacement without receiving the parts first. However, in such cases, the customer must record a single continuous video shot clearly showing the defect. If this information is sufficient, the replacement will be sent first, after which you will ship the defective parts back to the manufacturer.
