The standard color of the Poly Pro brand is bright orange. It is associated with the quality of our products, although the pigment does not affect the performance characteristics of polyurethane parts. In fact, they can be made in almost any color. Which Polyurethane Part Colors Can You Choose?

For some clients, having the option to choose the color of polyurethane parts is an important service. The reasons vary: some need a corporate color, while others want silent blocks to match their favorite car. You can even order spare parts to match the color of your significant other's eyes!

The coloration of polyurethane products is due to the pigment added to the raw material, which does not affect the final performance of the parts. Therefore, we assure you that PolyPro silent blocks of any color other than orange last just as long as the standard orange ones, though the official warranty applies exclusively to the signature orange color.

Why Are Custom-Colored Silent Blocks Slightly More Expensive Than Orange Ones?

Manufacturing silent blocks in any color other than the standard orange costs 30% more. This is because such orders require an individual approach and coordination of all details. A significant factor in the cost is also that after preparing a mixture of a different color, the remaining volume is simply discarded, as technology requires a minimum batch volume for proper polyurethane processing.

Standard orange silent blocks, on the other hand, are produced on an industrial scale and kept in stock in large quantities — currently 65,000 units.

However, you can discuss special conditions with a manager for producing a large batch of parts in a specific color. In such cases, the extra color charge may not apply. For instance, if you want to launch your own private label, we can help by manufacturing products in the exact color you desire.

There is one exception in our pricing for non-standard colors. We offer black parts at the same price as orange ones. Why?

When a vehicle owner needs to pass a technical inspection, we understand that inspectors might raise questions about bright, non-standard parts. Black silent blocks visually look no different from standard rubber ones. Or perhaps a particular client simply wants the best quality, preferring their parts to look OEM while outperforming them in durability. Black PolyPro polyurethane parts solve this exact task.

There is only one detail to keep in mind when ordering black parts: we do not keep them in stock, so fulfillment will take a few extra days while they are being manufactured.
